FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does a typical migration take?

"A typical GoHighLevel migration takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the size of your database and the complexity of your current setups (funnels, automations, and third-party integrations).

Simple setup (contacts, basic pipelines, and core forms): ~1 week.

Standard migration (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Mailchimp with multi-step workflows, calendars, and domains): 2 to 3 weeks.

Complex/Enterprise builds (custom memberships, advanced API integrations, or large multi-location setups): 3+ weeks.

We provide a clear timeline and milestone checklist during our initial strategy call so you always know what to expect."

Do you provide ongoing support after setup?

"Yes. We don't just hand over the system and leave you to figure it out. Every setup and migration includes:

Post-Launch Support Window: Dedicated technical support (typically 14 to 30 days post-launch) to troubleshoot, tweak workflows, and make real-time adjustments.

Custom Video Documentation: Loom video walk-throughs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) created specifically for your GHL build so your team knows how to use it.

Ongoing Management Retainers: Optional monthly optimization retainer packages for continuous workflow updates, new campaign builds, and tech maintenance."

Will my current workflows suffer downtime during migration?

"No, zero downtime. We build, test, and map your new GoHighLevel system completely in parallel with your existing CRM (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Keap, etc.).

Your current lead forms, calendars, and automation sequences remain 100% active until we perform a controlled, tested cutover. We only switch over your live forms and domain DNS settings after you have reviewed and approved the new GHL environment."

Do I need to give you full admin access to my account?

"Yes, temporary Admin or Agency-level permissions are required to handle system configuration, API connections, field mapping, domain setup, and workflow builds.

However, security and privacy are top priorities:

GHL User Access: You can invite us directly as an admin user to your GoHighLevel account—you never need to share your personal master password.

Source CRM Access: For your old CRM or domain setup (e.g., Cloudflare, GoDaddy, ActiveCampaign), we can guide you on granting temporary admin access via user invites or secure vault tools (like 1Password or Bitwarden).

Offboarding: Once the project is complete and approved, you can revoke or downgrade our access with a single click."
